Questions
  • We do not provide valet trash services, however for your convenience there are trash facilities at the garage entrance on every floor at Mizner. Trash chutes are available with blue recycling containers for your convenience. 

  • Pool Towels are provided for you from 8AM-6:00PM Daily at the pool smoothie bar. You may also exchange pool towels as needed as well.

  • After 4:30PM, Please contact the front desk if you need to exchange towels, replenish toiletries or have any maintenance issues and someone will be dispatched to assist you.

  • Smoking is NOT permitted in the units, building, or balconies. We ask that you please refrain from smoking during your stay at the places mentioned and smoke outside in designated areas. Please contact the front desk for more information.

  • Guests that are visiting you, that are not staying overnight do not require a parking pass and may simply park in the garage wherever is most convenient for you.

  • We do not provide coffee, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste or toothbrushes. 

  • We do accept packages to the resort for you as a mail service but you must have the tracking number for the package. Your first two are complementary and your third will be charged a fee. Packages can arrive up to five days prior to your arrival and will be held until your check-in.
